ZOS: Zone of Separation

ZOS: ZONE OF SEPARATION

ZOS: Zone of Separation explores the life and death struggle to enforce a United Nations brokered ceasefire within the embattled enclave of Jadac. This fictionalized Balkan town has endured ethnic cleansing and savage atrocities and is on the brink of spiralling out of control. The series focuses on the harsh reality of living in a violent Zone of Separation between age-old antagonists: Christians and Muslims. The only thing keeping them from each other’s throats is a frazzled contingent of International Peacekeepers who suffer tremendous hardships as they fulfill their thankless mandate to police the chaos in this forgotten corner of hell and try to maintain sanity in an absurd war of peace.
